Club Instructor

Hi, I'm Phil. I am a Personal Security and Self-Defence Instructor, and here are my qualifications and experience.
 
Instructor - British Combat Association (BCA)
Instructor - Urban Krav Maga Association (UKMA)
1st dan blackbelt in shotokan karate 
I have also trained in a range of other martial arts, including mma and kick-boxing.

Ex-police officer and ex-head doorman (both from some years ago, now!)

I am an experienced martial arts and UKM instructor, and have several years experience of dealing with violent and aggressive behaviour as an occupational hazard.

I have full public liability and professional indemnity insurance arranged through the BCA, and I am a qualified first aider. I have been CRB checked.

Our Club

When:
Our club trains on Sunday's. Women Only class: 10.30am-12.00. Men: 12.00-1.30pm.

Where:
Cleveland Krav Maga, Impact Martial Arts, Unit 2, Southbank Business Centre, Normanby Road, Southbank, Middlesbrough, TS6 6RS.

Our gym is fully-matted and equipped. 

What should you wear to train?
An old t-shirt (in case it gets ripped!); old trainers; and jogging bottoms, loose jeans or similar. Please remove jewellery, watches and piercings. You can buy a club t-shirt if you decide you like us, but its optional (the t-shirt, not liking us!).

The cost:
£7.50 per lesson (but the first one's FREE).
